3. Payments & Refunds

a) Payment Terms
All fees for consulting services must be paid in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure online payment options.

b) Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if services have not yet been delivered.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

4. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information.
Any documents, reports, or data shared with Sonma will be protected and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Clients may use deliverables for internal business purposes but cannot distribute, resell, or reproduce them without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sonma provides business recommendations and strategic advice, but final business decisions are the client's responsibility.
We are not liable for any financial losses, reputational damage, or legal disputes arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., market conditions, regulatory changes).

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with 7 days' written notice.
If the client breaches these Terms (e.g., failure to pay, misuse of proprietary materials), we reserve the right to terminate services immediately. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and the client must cease using any proprietary materials provided by Sonma.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation before legal action is pursued.
